We are blown away by Graham. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and explains things clearly and kindly, he is also incredibly personable, so much so that our toddler adores him. I also asked him if maybe I was just being paranoid about my worries, and he gave me the most empathetic response that my ‘paranoia’ was healthy (in safe amounts) and is keeping my family safe.
