Found this place via the Golden Technologies website, as they're a retailer of them and they listed their email. I saw they had a specific scooter that I wanted to try out in person (seemingly the only place in Fresno that did), especially since it was a foldable model that I wanted to see if my mom could operate, fold, disassemble, and leverage into/out of her car. Emailed Raul, he said we could come by to test it out. Everything seemed good, so we bought it. Price was the same as any other place online it seemed as well (though they didn't have as many color options, it seems the color options were just a few small panels anyway). He didn't know the Wh on the battery, but knew it was allowed for air travel via TSA, which was enough (and I could look up the Wh online anyway to confirm). The scooter in store was actually the newer model from the one listed online as well. Regardless, it was good customer service, we got to test out the scooter in person before buying it, and Raul answered all our questions patiently and kindly, which was invaluable.

Raul and staff so very helpful, knowledgeable and caring, have continued to come back due to great customer service , and support. Highly recommend this store for all your medical equipment needs.

Went there on Sunday only one employee but he was great very helpful and gave me full attention and everything he recommended was perfect. All worked out great.

Such kind and professional staff! And the equipment I bought was excellent quality. It was much more comfortable to use than my previous brand.
