Showalter does an excellent job of explaining their proposals and offers. Will even take their time to explain their competitors’ proposals and offers. I was truly impressed. About eight years ago, I had them install a new roof for me. I only had one tiny leak in 8 years. Considering installment of another roof on another section this year. They deserve a 5 star. Been around since 1979 for a reason.

I recently worked with the Showalter team on a roof replacement of 138 units (27 buildings total) and the project was completed within the timeframe established during the initial meeting.
